4.11. OPERATION WITH HEARING AIDS
The video door phone is equipped with a device to allows people with hearing impairments, equipped with
a special headset, to hear who is speaking from the call station or other video door phones in case of calls
from the switchboard.
The device is able to interface hearing aids with “T” function at a distance of around 20 cm..

4.12. AUDIO ACTIVATION BY PRESSING BUTTON
(“PUSH-TO-TALK” MODE)
If the communication between the entry panel and the video door phone is disturbed or missing, make sure
you have removed the transparent film covering the video door phone display. If the film has been removed
and the audio is still disturbed, it is possible to activate the two telephony channels (inbound and outbound)
individually. After having received a call,
briefly press
to activate the control panel audio; afterwards, hold
the
button pressed to activate the audio channel towards the outside and speak to the caller.
Release the
button to listen.
The “Push to Talk” mode can be activated from the video door phone configuration menu (see
in chapter “
Audio
”).
4.13. YOKIS BUTTON MENU
The video door phone has 8 buttons equivalent to those of a Yokis remote control. By importing the
configuration of a remote control, it is possible to reproduce the activation of a button through the video
door phone exactly as if the button had been pressed from the remote control (to import the configuration
of a Yokis remote control, see the
Parameter configuration booklet
in chapter “Yokis Commands”).
To access the Yokis menu press the
key when the video door phone is in STANDBY, then press the
, key to display the following screen:
