TO TURN ON THE HEATER 

 
1.

 

Push and turn the gas control knob counter-clockwise 90

°

 and hold it. 

2.

 

At the same time press the igniter until the flame comes on.  

Note: If a 

new cylinder has just been connected, please allow one minute for the 
air in the gas pipeline to purge out.

 

3.

 

Release the gas control knob and check the flame stays on. 

4.

 

If the flame goes out repeat steps 1 to 3. 

5.

 

Release the gas control knob and turn it to maximum temperature in 
fully counter-clockwise direction. 

6.

 

A 5 minute complete shut-off period is necessary before re-lighting the 
heater. 

 

TO TURN OFF  

 

1.

 

Turn gas control knob clockwise to the stop position. 

2.

 

Depress gas control knob and turn clockwise to shut off. 

3.
