leading edges is insusceptible to packing
damage. If you wish to take extra care of
your Trango XC

we recommend packing
it in the UP ParaSleeve bag which is
comprised in the delivery. The following is
a step-by-step introduction to ParaSleeve
packing, you may also find a short video
showing it on the UP website, under
Trango XC

.
ParaSleeve packing
Begin by placing the gathered wing on the
ground next to the open ParaSleeve.
Store the risers in the pocket on the inside
of the ParaSleeve bag.
Sit on the opposite side of the bag and
pull the cells onto the bag, one by one,
from the nearest stabilo, across the middle
and to the furthest stabile.
All cell openings should be facing towards
you, and the shape of each cell should be
maintained so that the ASS battens are
not bent.
Also note that the leading edge ideally
isn't stacked all at the top of the bag;
rather, the gathered cells are “stepped”
(see illustration) so that the short
wingtip ones are in the middle of the
pack, and the longer centre cells are
the only ones that reach the very top of
the bag.
Close the bag onto the now completely
gathered wing, and click the three
buckles, then close the zipper.
Now your wing is in a neat but long
package. Fold the trailing edge around
30cm in, and fold the leading edge on
top of the fold, click the final buckles
and you're done.
