Overview 

The video decoder (referred to as device hereafter) is a new-generation 

network media terminal designed mainly for remote video surveillance. 

The device can be used with other devices (such as camera) to capture 

video images and collect audio from a remote location in real time. 

This  guide  describes  the  hardware  of  the  device,  how  to  install  it,  and 

how to access it on a web browser.

anything is missing or damaged.
