IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• 

No naked flame sources such as lighted candles should be placed on the AC adaptor and main unit.

• 

Do not use the unit immediately after transportation from a cold place to a warm place, condensation problem may result.

• 

The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, table-cloths,

   curtains, etc.

•

The marking plate is located on the back of unit.

• 

Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.

• 

Do not throw batteries in fire!

• 

Battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

• 

Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.

• 

Under the influence of electrical fast transient or/and electrostatic phenomenon, the product may malfunction and require

  user to power reset.

WARNING:
• 

AC adaptor is used as the disconnect device. It shall remain readily operable and should not be obstructed during

  intended use. To be completely disconnected the apparatus from supply mains, the AC adaptor of the apparatus shall be
  disconnected from the mains socket outlet completely.

• 

Never use an AC adaptor that is damaged, route power lead in a safe manner and make sure it is not subjected to trapping

  or pinching. If the power lead is damaged refer to a qualified service agent

UNPACKING YOUR UNIT

When you unpack your new radio, be sure you have removed all the accessories and information papers. The items below
should have been packed in the box with your radio.

Battery back-up system

This radio is equipped with a memory holding system that is powered by 1x CR2025 battery. Normal operation will resume
after power is restored, so you will not have to reset the language, time zone, time and date.

Installing battery

1.Remove the door of battery compartment to access to back-up battery lid. Eventually remove power batteries if installed.

2.Turn the lid to the left to unlock and remove it.
3. Insert 1x CR2025 battery with the “+ “ sign facing up.
4. Replace the lid and turn it to the right to lock it.

Disconnect via PC menu

You can also manage the disconnection via PC menu.
1. Click on the ‘safely remove’ icon in the PC system tray.

Click on the ‘safely remove’ message.

3) Media

3.1) Slide pace

Select this option and press    

LEFT

 or    

RIGHT

 button to select the desired slide-

show interval time for picture playback : 1 second, 2 seconds and 5 seconds.

3.2) Slide mode

Select this option and press    

LEF

T or    

RIGHT

 button to select the slide-show

mode between “ Normal”, “ Random” and “ Loop”.
“Normal “ : Play all pictures once and stop.
“Random”: Play pictures in a random order repeatedly.
“Loop “ : Play all pictures repeatedly.

3.3) USB Connection

You can transfer files from your PC to the SD/ MMC card via the USB socket on
right side of the unit.
1. Select the option and press 

OK

 button when the unit is connected to the PC via

USB cable (not supplied). The unit will
    be recognized as a mass storage device (removable disk) on your computer.
2. Message on right side is displayed.
3. When file transfer is completed, press 

OK 

button on unit to call the ‘safely

     remove’ function automatically.
4. After that, disconnect the USB cable.

Tip

: When connected, you can use PROGRAMGUIDE software (downloaded from

website http://www.uniwave.fr/) to edit your radio guide. Download the radio guide
list from your unit to PC, edit it in your PC and load the modified list back to your
set.

A message will pop up, telling you that it is now safe to disconnect the device.
You can now safely unplug the USB cable from your receiver and/or computer.

Note:
PC OS version supported :Windows® Me, 2000, XP and Vista

4) System version

Select this option and press 

OK

 button to check the software version of your unit.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning
Be sure to turn the unit off and disconnect the AC adaptor before maintaining the unit.

- Use a soft, dry, clean cloth. Regularly dust the vents at the back or sides.
- Using solvents, abrasive or alcohol-based products risks damaging the appliance.
- If an object or liquid enters inside the appliance, unplug it immediately and have it checked by an authorized engineer.
