Problema Possível solução
O controle remoto não funciona e o
interruptor de parede também não
funciona.
Troque as pilhas do controle remoto.
Verifique as ligações elétricas, pode ter ocorrido
uma instalação incorreta.
O problema pode ser com o receptor, entre em
contato com nosso SAT
O controle remoto não funciona,
mas o interruptor de parede sim
(luz)
Troque as pilhas do controle remoto.
O controle remoto foi desprogramado. Podes
reprogramar o controle remoto da seguinte
maneira:
• Coloque o interruptor da parede no modo
desligado e com a luz apagada.
• Pressione o botão OFF (central) e, mantendo-o
pressionado, ligue o interruptor da parede.
• Mantenha pressionado por cerca de 3 segundos
e solte o botão.
• Verifique se o controle remoto funciona
pressionando diferentes velocidades e o botão
de luz pelo menos 4 vezes.
O ventilador funciona, mas a luz
não acende
A luz se apagou. Entre em contato para adquirir
peças de repo-sição.

but the wall switch does (light)
Change the batteries in the remote control
The remote control has deprogrammed itself. You
can reprogram the remote control following these
steps:
• Set the wall switch to the OFF position with
the light turned off.
• Press the OFF button (centre) and turn on the
wall switch while you are pressing it.
• Keep pressing the button for approximately 3
seconds, then release it.
• Check that the remote control is working by
selecting different speeds and by pressing the
light button at least 4 times.
The fan is working but the light
does not turn on.
The light has burnt out. Contact us to purchase the
spare parts.
The fan swings when it´s
connected and moving.
Make sure the assembly was done correctly.
The fan is uneven. Use the fan blade balancing kit
to solve it.
