Operation

Operating the rivet shaver

 

This Rivet Shaver is designed to operate on 90 PSIG. 
Lower pressure (below 90 PSIG) will reduce performance 
of the tool. Higher air pressure (over 90 PSIG) raises the 
performance of the tool beyond its rated capacity and 
could cause serious damage to tool and user.

Inserting foot piece

 

Use the spanner wrench to loosen or tighten the foot piece. 

Installing cutter 

WARNING:

 Disconnect tool from air supply before servicing 

or changing accessories.

 

Press the lock button to tighten the rivet shaver cutter onto 

the drive shaft.  Use the spanner wrench to fasten the nose 
piece. 

Adjusting depth of cutter

 

Use 2mm hex key to loosen the screw and pull back lock 
ring assembly.  

 

Rotate the nose piece to adjust the depth of cutter.
