• Any spillage of sugar solution such as jam, must be removed immediately. If allowed to cool on the
Ceran glass it could pit and damage the surface.
• The bottom of the cookware must be as thick and flat as possible. Ensure pan bases are clean and dry
before placing on the hob surface.
• Do not use poor quality aluminium pots. These could leave unsightly deposits which in time, could
adhere to the Ceran glass.
Cookware made of enamelled steel and with aluminium or copper bottoms can cause a colour
change on the glass-ceramic surface.
• Do not use a Steam Cleaner to clean this appliance.
