• Ear wax is natural and common. Ensuring your
hearing devices and earmolds are free of ear wax is
an important step in your daily cleaning and
maintenance routine.
• Never use alcohol to clean your hearing devices or
earmolds.
• Do not use sharp tools to dislodge ear wax. Sticking
household items into your hearing devices or
earmolds can seriously damage them.
Cleaning the Earmolds
If your Conversa.NT hearing devices have earhooks (see
“Using the Digital BTE Guide”), your hearing healthcare
professional fit you with customized earmolds.
