The Concierge will immediately receive the information on his/her computer. 
As soon as he/she acknowledges the alarm, the sound and the yellow light will 
turn off.

After receiving the emergency alarm, the concierge will be able to communicate with 
the apartment in emergency mode.

Optionally alarms can be sent to residents Smartphone, as a text message or email.

TENANT INFORMATION STORED IN COMPUTER

 

 



 

You can give important MEDICAL information to the Concierge, where it will be 
stored in the computer and used in an emergency. 
 



 

You can also provide useful information about frequent visitors, domestic help,  
your pets, etc. in order to receive better security and services. 

 
 

6. 

TAXI REQUEST

 



 

Press the "TAXI" 

 button and the Concierge will be signaled to get you a cab. 

 
 

7. 

MESSAGE SERVICE

 

 
7.1

 

 The Concierge can send messages to individual apartments or to a group 

            of apartments.  If  the green LED indicator next to the “Message” 

 button   

is blinking, press the “Message” button to see the first message.  
Press  “Message” again for additional messages. 
 

7.2 

 To cancel or keep messages follow the directions on the screen. 

 
 

7.3 

Optionally text messages to apartment units can forwarded to an email address. 

 
 

8. 

INTRUSION ALARM SYSTEM

 

 

Setting or Changing the Security Code

 

8.1 

Call the Concierge, and ask for the code change authorization. 



 

He will send you a short "BEEP" over the receiver. 

8.3 

Enter your 4-digit code and then press the "ENTER" button. No one (not even the 
Concierge)  will  know  your  code.  You  can  change  this  code  as  often  as  desired 
following the above procedure.  If you enter the wrong code – hang up and repeat the 
procedure.
