Open the battery cover on scale base, and install the batteries.

Place the scale on hard flat floor. Make sure it is level.

Under the weighing condition, when the display shows “0.0” you can press “

choose units (kg , st ,lb).
Taking weight, Body fat & Hydration percentage Readings
Weight only:

Tap on scale gently. The display will show “8888” then show “0.0” within 5 seconds.

Stand on the scale upright and maintain your balance. Display will indicate your weight.

After weighing, the scale will be auto off until further using.

Press “set” key .Use “Up” or “Down” key to select your personal key form p0-p9.
