adjustable bed, check that the blanket or cord cannot become caught or rucked.

Make sure that the heating area (element) on any side of the bed does not hang
over the edge of the mattress; that the means of attachment are adequate and
suitable for the particular mattress; and that the instructions which follow are
read carefully before using the blanket.

Do not switch the power on if the blanket is wet or in a folded state.

Switch off at the power outlet and remove plug when this blanket is not in actual
use.

This blanket must be kept in the fully spread condition at all times during use to
avoid overheating. It is imperative that the blanket is frequently inspected to
ensure that its condition is being maintained.

Bedclothes should not be folded back when the blanket is switched on. Do not
leave heavy objects on the bed when the unit is switched on, e.g. folded blankets
or suitcases.

Arrange the blanket so that it is not beneath pillows and/ or bolsters.

Do not use if wet.

Persons suffering from bed-wetting should not use this electric blanket.

If any abnormality or defect in operation of this blanket is observed, discontinue
its use immediately and consult the manufacturer or the supplier regarding its
repair.

The blanket should be examined frequently for signs of wear, on the blanket, the
controller, and the flexible cord. If wear is visible, the blanket should be returned
immediately to the manufacturer or supplier for inspection and overhaul.
Servicing, by law, must be undertaken by a qualified and registered person.

The blanket must not be used over or under a water bed.

You may notice a blue flash in the switch when it is moved from one setting to
another. This is NOT dangerous and are only the copper parts making contact.

It is recommended that your electric blanket is inspected by a qualified and
registered person after 3 year of use.

When storing, allow it to cool down before folding and fold neatly but not
tightly (or roll) without sharp bends in the heating element and store where no
other objects will be placed upon it.

control unit has ruptured, the

How to clean the blanket
If you want to clean the
electric blanket
, first cut
power and ensure the electric blanket
is off work and in room temperature, then put it on flat surface, you can use damp cotton
to wipe the surface of blanket. Alternatively you can hand wash mildly with 30C water,
or even machine wash on a 30C programme and without spinning. After finish cleaning,
put the electric blanket in a cool and airy place and it must be completely dry before use.
