7. Under "Changes After Conversion", write in the following;
a. Kit number, 1LN0802.
b. Unit model number.
c. Stamp or write in the name of the organization, address,
city, state, month and year.
8. Remove label backing and affix label adjacent to the Rating
plate.
9. Follow start-up procedure in the Installation Instruction.
REMOVAL FOR CLEANING
WARNING: Cleaning of the heat exchanger must be done by
an accredited UPG distributor, dealer or service
agency.
1. Disconnect power supply.
2. Shut-off gas valve and shut-off gas supply upstream of gas
valve.
3. Remove gas piping at union and remove gas piping to gas
valve.
4. Remove the burner assembly (see Step 1 under "Installa-
tion).
5. Remove the screen and store being careful not to step on
or otherwise damage the parts.
6. Refer to the cleaning instructions in the furnace Installation
Instructions.
7. Reinstall the screens in the heat exchanger by the following
Step 3 and 4 under installation.
