13. To remove Motor Synchro and Under heater assembly parts. 

1) Cut the Motor syncro cover parts from the base plate.
2) Remove a screw and pull out Motor syncro.
3) Remove a screw

which secures Under heater assembly.

4) Remove a screw

5) Pull out Heater *U

from Cover heater *u

.

6) Reverse the above steps for reassembly.
