PUTTING INTO OPERATION

Before putting the system with TURBI-M3 control unit into

operation, it is necessary to fill the pump and suction line

with water and remove air completely. To do this, open all

valves, connect power supply and pump water into the sys-

tem as long as it flows from all valves.

OPERATION RULES FOR USE OF

SYSTEM WITH TURBI-M3 CONTROL

UNIT

1.   It is necessary to comply with requirements to pumped

fluid (see Section “Specifications”).

2.   Compressed air pressure in pressure tanks shall be lower

than Pmin by 0.1 - 0.2 bar. It is necessary to check it at

least once a month in accordance with Manual for Pre

sure Tank.

3.   Avoid water coming to the control unit housing

4.   It is not permissible to use TURBI-M3 control unit with

upper cover removed.

5.   Avoid water coming into the pump suction line.

6.   Avoid water freezing in the device and the system. In

winter it is necessary to drain water out of surface pump

and TURBI-M3 control unit and place them for storage.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

During operation, the device requires no maintenance.

To ensure reliable operation and long service life, it is nec-

essary to meet all the requirements set forth in the present

Manual.

If the system is not used for a long time in winter, it is nec-

essary to disconnect power supply, drain water from it and

dismount TURBI-M3 control unit.

Store the device in dry and heated premises away from direct

sunlight. Permissible storage temperature: from +1 to + 40°C.

DISPOSAL

This product shall not be disposed together with household

wastes. Contact local utility services to know possible meth-

ods for this equipment disposal.
