Repair

If your Uniphone 1150 is not working, we may be able to help
you solve the problem over the telephone. Call the Teletec
International Ltd. customer-service department at:

Sending the Uniphone 1150 for repair

If you need to send the Uniphone 1150 to our repair centre, do
the following:

1.

Pack it in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy box.

2.

Include a note that describes the problem you are having.
The note will help the technicians find the problem. Include
a daytime telephone number where you can be reached.

3.

Insure the Uniphone 1150 for shipment. Teletec Interna-
tional Ltd. or an authorised Teletec International Ltd.
repair centre is not responsible for damage during shipping
to our service centre.

4.
