Adding and deleting events
Add events and set reminders to help you plan ahead.
●
Add an event : Open Calendar , touch > New event , and then enter the name,
start and end time, and location of the event. Touch to save the event. If you
add a reminder, your phone will send you a reminder at the preset time.

Delete an event : Go to the event that you want to delete, and then touch >
Delete .
Viewing the calendar
Open Calendar . You can:
● Switch to month, week, day, or agenda view: Touch
Month , Week , Day , or
Agenda . When in month, week, or day view, swipe left or right to change the month,
week, or day that is displayed. When in agenda view, touch the event to see more
detail, you can also share, edit or delete it.

View week number : Touch > Settings > General settings , and then turn on the
Show week number switch to display the week number on the left of the calendar.

Change first day of the week : Touch > Settings > General settings > Week
starts on, and then select a day
●
Switch to a different calendar : Make sure that you are connected to the Internet,
and then touch > Calendars to display. Touch Local calendar and select the
desired calendar.
