the product’s enclosure that may be of suficient magnitude to constitute a risk

of electric shock to persons

Caution!

The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user

to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions

Overloaded wall outlets, loose or

damaged  wall  outlets,  extension

cords,  frayed  power  cords,  or

damaged or cracked wire insula-

tion are dangerous. Any of these

conditions could result in electric shock or ire;

- periodically examine the cord (AC adaptor) of your appliance, and if its appearance indi-

cates damage or deterioration, unplug it, discontinue use of the appliance, and have the

cord replaced with an exact replacement part by an authorized service center;

- protect the power cord (AC adaptor) from physical or mechanical abuse, such as be-

ing twisted, kinked, pinched, closed in a door, or walked upon. Pay particular attention to

plugs, wall outlets, and the point where the cord exits the appliance. To disconnect power

Never expose batteries to direct heat or dispose of them by incineration; misuse of batter-

ies can cause them to leak and damage nearby items, and can create the risk of ire and

personal injury;

- always make sure that the battery’s positive and negative ends are facing correctly when

you load it into the unit; use only the type of battery speciied for this unit in this manual.

- never dispose of the unit and batteries by burning it. Doing so can cause certain compo-
