USING YOUR ANSWERING SYSTEM
The message counter displays the number of messages stored in memory. If the display flashes,
thentherearenewmessageswaitingforyou.Theflashingnumberrepresentsthenumberofnew
messages, not total messages. After you play all your new messages, you can then play your old
messages.
PLAYING YOUR MESSAGES
1. Press
. The system announces the number of new and old messages. The LED displays
the number of new messages. The day and time that each message was received is
announced after the message is played. The message counter displays the number of
currentmessagesstored.
When all new messages have been played, a confirmation tone sounds and "
"isannounced.Thesystemreturnstostandby.
2. After you have reviewed your new messages, you can play your old messages by again
pressing
.Onceyouhavelistenedtoanewmessage,itbecomesanoldmessage.Theold
messageswillbeplayedintheorderinwhichtheywerereceived.
