Video" message
No power supply to camera. Check power adapter and power cord
connection.
The camera is not paired with WDVR or the signal disconnected.
• Unplug camera power then plug on again to reconnect.
• Please refer to Camera Pairing on page 17 for detail.
Service out of range
• Relocate WDVR

• Adjust antenna or use optional high gain antenna to improve range. Go
to www.uniden.com.
Signal has been blocked.
• If possible, remove major obstacles between cameras and WDVR
receiver. For example, move camera/WDVR receiver away from water
tank (aquarium), metal-covered surface (tin roof/ metal door) and brick/
marble wall.
Low or unstable
streaming video
Antenna directional limitation
• Relocate WDVR receiver or camera for better reception.
• Adjust antenna or use optional high gain antenna to improve range. Go
to www.uniden.com.
Strong electromagnetic interference nearby.
Keep working motors (hair dryer / heat fan / air conditioner / water pump,
etc.) or microwave oven away from the cameras and WDVR receiver.
Busy signal in air or wireless bandwidth is low.
• Keep cameras away from each other (at least 10 feet).
• Keep WiFi router or hot spot away from camera.

(see page 17), lower the camera resolution and
quality to save bandwidth consumption in the air and receive more
streaming video.
WDVR receiver cannot
record
Record schedule does not setup properly.
• Set proper schedule for each camera to enable recording.
Use recommeded storage media brand/model/spec (see Appendix A).
• Install/uninstall storage media AFTER WDVR receiver is powered off.
• Use WDVR receiver to format storage media then try again.
• Only install one HDD or Flash disk to WDVR receiver.
