Elements of Warranty:

 Unden warrants to the orgnal retal owner for the duraton of ths

warranty, ts WDSS 5305 Cordless Phone (herenafter referred to as the Product) to be free from 

defects n materals and craftmanshp wth only the lmtatons or exclusons set out below.

WARRANTY DURATION:

Ths warranty to the orgnal retal owner only, shall termnate and be of no further effect ONE () 

year after the date of orgnal retal sale. Ths warranty wll be deemed nvald f the Product s;

 

(A) Damaged or not mantaned as reasonable and necessary,

(B) Modfed, altered or used as part of any converson kts, subassembles, or any 

confguratons not sold by Unden,

(C) Improperly nstalled,

(D) Repared by someone other than an authorzed Unden Repar Agent for a defect or 

malfuncton covered by ths warranty,

(E) Used in conjunction with any equipment or parts or as part of a system not

 

manufactured by Unden, or 

(F) Where the Seral Number label of the product has been removed or damaged beyond 

recognton.

Warranty only vald n the country of orgnal retal/sale.

 

PARTS COVERED:

Ths warranty covers for one () year, the Product and ncluded accessores.

 

STATEMENT OF REMEDY:

In the event that the Product does not conform to ths warranty at any tme whle ths 

warranty s n effect, the warrantor at ts dscreton, wll repar the defect or replace the Product 

and return t to you wthout charge for parts or servce. Ths warranty does not 

provide for reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages.

Ths EXPRESS WARRANTY s n addton to and does not n any way affect your rghts under 

the TRADE PRACTICES ACT 94 (Cth) (Australa) or the CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 

(New Zealand).

Procedure for obtaining performance of warranty: 

In the event that the Product does not con-

form to ths warranty, the Product should be shpped or delvered, freght prepad, wth evdence 

of orgnal purchase, (eg. a copy of the sales docket, to the warrantor at:
