Registering the Handset

You must regster the handset to the base before you can use t. 
Only one handset can be regstered at a tme. (If an accessory 
handset has ever been regstered to a base, you must reset the 
handset before you can regster t to a new base.)

To regster to a TRU9300 seres 
base, place the accessory 
handset n the base. Whle the 
handset s regsterng, HANDSET 
REGISTERING  appears n the 
LCD. When REGISTRATION 
COMPLETE s dsplayed, the 
handset has been regstered to 
the base. 
If REGISTRATION FAILED 
appears, remove the handset from 
the base and try agan.

Resetting the Handset

If you want to regster the handset to a dfferent base or replace 

a handset with another one, you must first clear the registration 

nformaton from the base and the handset.

Press and hold

 for at least 5 seconds, untl the 

SYSTEM RESET menu appears.
Select the DEREGISTER HS 
submenu by pressng

WHICH HANDSET? appears n the 
dsplay.
Use

 to select the handset ID to be de-regstered 

from the lst, and then press

. DEREGISTER HS 

appears.
Press

 to move the cursor to YES, and then press

. You will hear a confirmation tone.
