2. Dial the number of the
extension with which you are
setting up the conference.
3. When that party answers, press the
conf key on the Handset
again. You are now connected with both parties (3 party
conference).
4. Repeat the same steps for four or more party conference calls.
Note:
If you now press the talk key to hang up, the other parties
should still be on the call with each other.
Muting a call
1. Press the
mute key on the
Handset during the call. You’ll
will see the
talk icon blinking:
2. To turn mute off, press the
mute key again and the call is
restored.
Lock Mode
Your
MER 9600C
phone can be locked so that no outgoing calls
can be made.
Locking
1. Press and Hold the
chan key
for one second while in
standby. A code input display
appears:
2. Enter a 2 digit number.
3. Press the
chan key once
again. The LCD displays
“Lock?”, asking if you want to
continue.
