FACE YOGA LIPS:
Use the back side of the brush
in gentle circular movements around the lips with mode
1 (Heat Technology and Sonic Technology) together with
the serum suitable for your skin needs. At the same time,
run your tongue around the inside of the lips in the same
direction 3 times, and repeat in the opposite direction. Swa-

FACE YOGA RADIANT YOUNG SKIN:
Gently press
the short silicone bristles to your skin for 2” and glide up
the brush with the back side in mode 1 (Heat Technology
and Sonic Technology) to your cheeks, for head, naso-
labial fold, and chin for 60” with your regular UNICSKIN
serum.
This exercise improves the blood circulation and
stimulates the production of volume agents. It is a per-
fect technique to make your skin glow in the morning.

FACE YOGA EYE LIFTING:
Gently press the back side
of the brush in mode 1 (Heat Technology and Sonic Techno-
logy) on the outer tail of the eyebrows. Open the eyes wide
and stretch the eyebrows with the brush. Hold the position
for 10” and repeat 2 more times.
This exercise reduces the

FACE YOGA FOREHEAD WRINKLES:
Gently press
the brush to the center of the forehead, with the brush’s
back side, and glide the device across your forehead sides,
for 3” each side, in mode 1 (Heat Technology and Sonic Te-
chnology) together with the serum of your choice. Repeat 3
times.
This gentle massage technique improves the circu-
lation, increases the collagen and the elastin production,
and releases the tension that can cause deep wrinkles.

FACE YOGA CHEEKBONES ELEVATION:
Lightly
press the back side of the brush in mode 1 (Heat Technolo-
gy and Sonic Technology) under the cheekbone and gently
glide the device while pressing and lifting the muscle. Hold
the lift for 5” and repeat the movement. Follow the path of
the bone supporting the cheeks until you reach the temple.
Repeat the same exercise with the opposite cheekbone.
