2.3 Personnel requirements

Qualifications

The various tasks described in this manual place diffe

rent demands on the qualifications of the persons entru

-

sted with these tasks.

Only persons who are expected to carry out this work re

-

liably are permitted for all work. Persons whose reactivity

This manual identifies the qualifications of the persons li

sted below for the different tasks:

Operator

The operator has been instructed in a briefing by the 
operator about the tasks assigned to him and possible 
dangers of improper behavior. The operator may only 
carry out tasks that go beyond normal operation if this is 
specified in this operating manual and the operator has 
expressly entrusted this to him.

Qualified electrician

Due to their professional training, knowledge and experi

-

ence as well as knowledge of the relevant standards and 
regulations, the electrician is in a position to carry out 
work on electrical installations and to recognize and 
avoid possible dangers independently.

The electrician is specially trained for the work environ

-

ment in which he works and knows the relevant stan

-

dards and regulations.

Qualified personnel

Due to their professional training, knowledge and experi

-

ence as well as knowledge of the relevant standards and 
regulations, the qualified personnel are able to carry out 
the work assigned to them and to independently recog

-

nize possible dangers and to avoid hazards.

Manufacturer

Certain work may only be carried out by specialist per

-

sonnel of the manufacturer. Other personnel are not au

-

thorized to carry out this work. To carry out the work, 
contact our customer service.

2.4 General safety regulations

Upgrading, conversion, maintenance and inspection ac-
tivities may only be carried out by trained personnel 
when they are not in use.

It should be noted that any unauthorized modifications 
and modifications to the machine are not permitted for 
safety reasons.

In the case of a hydraulic repair, the storage tank must 
first be emptied for storage systems.

The operating staff must always make sure that the max. 
Carrying capacity is not exceeded.

Stopping under a suspended load should be avoided as 
loose objects may fall off at any time.

The decommissioning must be carried out in the follo-
wing order:

- Lower load.

It is forbidden to reach into the device if it has not been 
secured by the unfolded inspection posts. The transport 
and lifting of persons is prohibited. It is not permitted to 
enter the lifting device.

Insufficiently qualified personnel can not assess the 
risks involved in handling the machine lifter and 
expose themselves and others to the risk of serious 
or fatal injuries.

area.
