Wear measurement and replacement of the support hook holding pin

The support hook holding pin has to be replaced as 
soon as the abrasion has reached the limit listed in the 
following table. 

*  Nominal values. The concrete value must be measured at the new holding 

pin.

Wear measurement and replacement of the brake system / ratchet 

The brake discs have to be replaced as soon as the ma-
terial thickness (standard value 3,0 mm) has reached 
2,5 mm.

The ratchet disc has to be replaced as soon as the 
abrasion has reached the limit listed in the following ta-
ble.

Check the pawl and the pawl spring regularly for wear. 
Check the pawl spring regularly for deformation. Re-
place them if necessary.

The coupling spring has to be replaced as soon as its 
length has reached the limit listed in the following table.
