Installation Instructions
Attention!
Do not mix the heating water with in-
correct concentrations of antifreeze
or anti-corrosion substances! This
could damage the gaskets and cause
noise during operation.
When the system connections have been completed,
the circuit can be filled.
This operation must be performed carefully, respect
-
ing the following phases:
- open the radiator vent valves and make sure the
automatic valve is working properly in the boiler.
- ONLY FOR FIRST FILL - normally the filling is
automatic - open the filling tap gradually

air release valves installed on the system work
properly.
- close the radiator air release valves as soon as
water comes out.
- check the pressure gauge U-fly until pressure
reaches approximately 0.8/1 bar.
- close the filling tap

and bleed air once again
through the radiator air release valves.
- make sure that all the connections are watertight.
- after commissioning the boiler (see par. 3.10) and
bringing the system to the operating temperature,
stop the boiler and repeat the air bleed operations.
- let the system cool down and, if necessary, return
the water pressure to 0.8/1 bar.

3.8 - FILLING THE SYSTEM

age to persons, animals or objects
due to failure to comply with the above
instruction.

Note: The first fill of the boiler must
be made manually.
The filling valve RC is positioned
behind the siphon.

be made in compliance with the specific
