LED light is not lit
1.
The enclosure is cracking due to
structural or material factors.
2.
The port is loose or unusable.
3.
Check if the Lightning Data Cable
is properly connected to the computer.
Cannot recognize the drive
1.
Check that the SSD specifications
you have loaded are correct. This
product supports NVME M2 SSD. Other
specifications may not be supported.

Check if the SSD is loaded into the new
drive, Try re- formatting the drive.
3.
Check if the Type-C port of the computer
has lightning 3 Interface. This product
can be used only with Lightning 3 interface.
