3.4 Access to the Field – Transport
•
Width of the machine can exceed 3.0m depending on the accessories,
•
For transport, side sections of
MAX, MAX T
– 4.0; 4.5; 6.0; 7.5; and 9.0m units should be folded
into their transport positions by means of the hydraulic system

(+chassis hydraulics (in the
semi-mounted version)), and then the outermost frames must be secured against unfolding with
the help of the mechanical transport lock cable,

The bolt

is used to adjust the position of the folded arms. In order to adjust the position
properly, loosen the lock-nut, then set the screw
[A]
position and tighten the lock-nut,
•
In
MAX T
3.0; 4.5; 6.0; 7.5; and 9,0m cultivation units, fold the coulter disc beam extensions into
their transport position and secure them with the bolts before transport! See par. 3.5.4. below,
•
after adjusting the position of the arms, set the length of the mechanical lock. To do this, loosen
the nut

, set the length by turning the turnbuckle

and tighten the nut

. Secure the
adjusted lock with a bolt

Clean the machine from soil and other debris after finishing work,
•
Clean the warning components (lighting)

(optional accessories) from dirt

should be dismantled for work in the field, so that they will not
be damaged,

A unit consisting of a tractor and agricultural machine connected to it must meet the same
requirements as the tractor alone,
•
Adjust the chains tensioning the side links (stabilizer arms) of the tractor accordingly before
driving; they should limit the excessive side movements of the machine
•
Observe the ‘Road Traffic Law’ regulations when driving on highways.
