This product is warranted for a period of three (3) years, from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is only valid when accompanied by the original invoice or sales receipt.
The warranty for ultron products is liable to legal regulations. The product is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. Ultron’s obligations
are limited to the successful repair or, at its discretion, replacement of the product or defective components. Warranty repairs must be carried out by either
ultron itself or an authorised partner. The customer bears the costs for sending in the defect product unless another agreement has been made.
The warranty period is not extended by repair or replacement. Any right to compensation is excluded.
The warranty does not cover any of the following actions:
– Unauthorised opening of the device
– Improper package during transport
– Improper handling, use of force or exposing to inaccurate environmental conditions (e.g. dust, humidity)
– Improper storage
– Misuse or ignorance of the instructions in the manual (e.g. incorrect software or installation)
– Normal wear and tear
The warranty does not cover insignificant defects or visible transport damages.
With the acceptance of the ultron Service the customer also agrees to the ultron warranty conditions.
