Safety Precautions
•
The laser beam can cause serious harm and damage to the human eye. Do
not
direct or
point beam to others and/or their eyes.
•
The power supply itself does not have an on-off switch, and the operating power panel
is bare and exposed. When plugging in or taking out of any circuit, ensure the power is
off, preventing electrocution.
•
Ensure the laser module shell has reached to room temperature before operating the
laser. This is to ensure the least amount of harm to the laser due to temperature
difference, which may damage the hardware.
•
Please use/operate the product in a dry, clean, and static-free environment with
temperature 15 – 35 °C. Optimal temperature 20 – 30 °C. Avoid heat, humidity, and
shock/collision.
Assembly Instructions
•
The laser power supply and switch power supply is assembled and cannot be separated.
Ensure to connect the laser head to the power supply with the corresponding serial
number.
•
When the laser system is operating, it will generate heat. Please position the laser head
in a well-ventilated surface. (e.g. Aluminum board)
•
The product has an air-cooled system; please ensure there are no obstructions within a
0.1 m radius of the laser head, to avoid affecting the ventilation.
•
If the product is mounted onto boxes with other products, please sure that the laser has
sufficient ventilation. If a mounted fan is available, ensure the fan is with the direction
of ventilation, not against.
