Boost pressure is the pressure inside the intake manifold relative to atmospheric pressure. It is also commonly known as
Manifold Gauge Pressure. For vehicles which also support the Barometric gauge, Boost pressure is relative to the barometric
pressure. For vehicles not supporting a barometric gauge, the ambient barometric pressure is considered to be constant @ 14.64
PSI or 101 kPa.
