Assembly 

In order to properly assemble the rack you first need to determine if the rack will be installed on a 
LONG BED or SHORT BED truck. IMPORTANT: DO NOT tighten any bolts during the following 
steps. 

Recommended Tools for Assembly 

 

 
 
 

 

 

 

 

Step 1 

-

 Refer to Fig. 1 

Slide two Half Supporting Frames (3) together and connect them with a Connecting Plate (6) using 8 
lock washers and 8 bolts from Bolt Set A. Repeat for the remaining two Half Supporting Frames (3). 

 

Step 2 

-

 Refer to Fig. 2 

Insert M8*25 bolts into the two holes on each of three Connecting Clamps (11).
