IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
•
If mounting this product requires drilling holes, the installer MUST be sure that the
drilling process will not damage vehicle components or other vital parts. Check
both sides of the mounting surface before drilling begins. Also de-burr any holes
and remove any metal shards or remnants. Install grommets into all wire passage
holes.
•
Do not install this product or route any wires in the deployment area of your air
bag. Equipment mounted or located in the air bag deployment area will damage or
reduce the effectiveness of the air bag, or become a projectile that could cause
serious personal injury or death.
•
Do not use a pressure washer to clean this product.
WORKLIGHT
USE AND CARE
•
Do not modify the worklight in any way.
Unauthorized modification may impair
the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product.
•
Always check damaged or worn out parts before using the work light.
Broken parts will affect the worklight operation. Replace or repair damaged or
worn parts immediately.
•
Store idle worklight.
If the worklight is not permanently installed, when the work
light
is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it
for good working condition prior to storage and before reuse.
INSTALL THE WORKLIGHT
•
Select a mounting location that will give you a maximum beam adjustment range
and will not cause
any obstruction for your vehicle’s normal functions.
•
Drill a mounting hole for mounting bolt (6) on the mounting surface. Insert
mounting bolt (6) to the middle hole of U bracket (2). Then run hexagon bolt (3)
from side hole of U bracket, light, then attach Washer (4) and nut (5). Adjust the
angle of the light body that will give you a maximum beam.
