1-1/4”.

unique 360 degree Rotary Plug for proper air flow and non-fatigue operator
use.

Unique Safety Release Bar that locks the faceplate into closed position for
firing Ultra Clean Projectiles.

Capable of passing 31% more SCFM than other launchers on the market.
This is extremely important when doing applications above 1-1/2” and long
lengths of hose, tube or pipe.

Manufactured from precision machined aluminum and fully anodized for harsh
environments and heavy use.

Ideal for production hose and tube shops, mobile hose fabricators and job site
applications because of its simplistic design, size and portability.

A Launcher Stand, (UC-S) will secure the UC-HL-2 Launcher to a bench or
work table to help keep it from accidently falling to the floor which could cause
damage to the launcher. It keeps the launcher in a ready to use position for
the operator.

General information
The UC-HL2 Launcher is a pneumatic launcher that uses projectiles that are
designed to clean the inside of hoses, tubes and pipe that may be newly
produced or already operational ones. The projectiles are powered by
compressed air (5.5 -7.5 bar). A 360
°
Rotary Plug creates an proper airflow and
non-fatigue operator use. The Safety Release Bar locks the faceplate into a
closed position for firing after loading the launcher with the projectile.
