can withstand temperatures up to 140 °F (60 °C). It is also resistant to
cold and is dishwasher safe.

7. Remove the buns using tongs. Remove the sausages from the boiling
water and put them in the buns, top with your favourite garnish,
and Presto!

. Place the open rack
across the skillet over the hot
dog sausages, making sure it is
at least 5 cm (2 in.) above the boi-
ling water to avoid getting the
buns wet.
4. Open the folded
ULTIMATE HOT
DOG STEAMER
®
by expanding it
with your fingers by holding the
mouth of the funnel.
5. Place up to 4 hot-dog buns on
the rack over the simmering
water. Cover with the
ULTIMATE
HOT DOG STEAMER
®
and heat
for 2 to 3 minutes, or until desired
cooking.
6. Remove the
ULTIMATE HOT
DOG STEAMER
®
with tongs, or
by hand wearing oven mitts to
avoid burns.
