Non-warranty regulations
Within the validity period of the three guarantees, in the following situations
(not limited to the following situations), you will not bear the responsibility
of the three guarantees.
However, reasonable maintenance fees should be provided.
1. No valid bills and three packs of certificates
2. Unauthorized alteration of the three guarantee certificate
3. The product name, model, and code on the invoice or three-guarantee
certificate does not match the actual product
4. Failure to properly use, maintain, and store in accordance with the product
instruction manual causes damage or failure
5. The user (not the party responsible for the three guarantees) repairs, damages
or malfunctions caused by improper disassembly
6. Damage or malfunction not caused by product quality problems
7. Machine failure beyond the warranty period
8. Damage or malfunction caused by force majeure
