Router Table Modes
Planing Width Mode
1.
Setup the router table as shown in figure 1.

With the timber in position, adjust the front planing fence so the timber is in contact
with the router cutter’s body, see fig 2. (NOTE: Not the TCT blade) This will create a
1mm cut.
3.
Start your router and make the first cut, see fig 3. Measure the timber’s thickness
using a ruler or vernier caliper. Using the 10-1 scale, (10mm on the scale creates a
1mm cut). Make further cuts to the required thickness, see figs 4-5-6-7-8-9-10.
