NOTE
・When mis-counting by the chattering of the having point of contact input,
（Relay etc.） Connect the electrolytic capacitor with terminal stand
6－7 (A input) and 6－8 (B input) according to the frequency.
・When mis-counting because of the noise etc, Connect the film capacitor with the
same terminal according to the width of the input frequency and the noise.
