Things to do first before calling the
authorized service
Warning
Please perform the following controls before calling the Authorized Service:
If hot or cold water does not run from water chambers;
• This means that you may have used hot or cold water in a relatively short time. Wait for a short period of time to receive
hot or cold water. The required water will be ready.
• Your water dispenser may not be plugged. Plug the power cable of your appliance to the plug and turn on the power
button.
If no water runs from the valves;
• The bottle may be empty. Replace the bottle with a new one.
• The opening of the bottle support may be blocked. Clean the opening of the support and the gasket of the bottle,
and place it back.
If the bottle support leaks water;
• The bottle may be pierced. Replace the bottle with a new one.
If the appliance makes noises when operating;
• The water dispenser may not be positioned in a balanced state. Place the dispenser on a leveled surface and make
sure it is balanced.
