4.1.3      Assemble the handle bar, put the accelerator correct location, fix it 

with hex spanner. (Figure 3)

Assemble the saddle pipe, adjust and tighten. (Figure 4)

Adjust the rear brake 

 

4.3.1

 

Adjust the rear adjusting bolt, tighten the brake bar to insure rear 
wheel not turning, loose the brake bar, rear wheel turning freely. 
(Figure 5) 

4.3.2

 

If brake shoe (brake rubber) wear-tear too much, please replace it in 
time. 

4.4  Front wheel assembly, maintenance and service. 
4.4.1 Loose the front shaft nut, remove the special washer to the hole 

(O6.5), tighten front shaft nut, insure the front wheel in correct 
location. (Figure 6) 

4.5 Adjust

chain

Loose the rear shaft nut. 

4.5.2

 

Loose the bolts on both sides, move the rear wheel backside, adjust 
and make the chain running freely, tighten rear shaft nut. (Figure 7) 

4.6  Assembly the rear wheel 

4.6.1

 

Loose the rear shaft nut, put off the chain, take out the rear wheel. 

4.6.2

 

Put the chain, adjust the bolts on both sides, finally, tighten the rear 
shaft nut. (Figure 8)
