6.2 Troubleshooting
1. Appliance does not work. LCD screen and LED lights are off.
• Plug the power cable and be sure that the plug which you have connected your appliance has power.
• Check the power cord.
2. Appliance does not heat.
• It is in “standby” mode and red LED light is on. Touch the “On-Off” button to start heating
• The temperature value which has been set, is below the room temperature. Increase the temperature value for the ambient temperature you want. (See Chapter 4.2.b)
• It is in “PRG” mode and will not heat unless the current time is between the programmed time interval. You can cancel the “PRG” mode. (See Chapter 4.3.b)
• “Antifrost” function is activated and the appliance will not heat above 5 ºC. You can cancel this function. (See Chapter 4.3.c)
3. “RESISTANCE ERR” keeps flashing on the LCD screen.
• Check the installation distances. Make sure that the air inlets and outlets of the appliance are away from the objects within distances as described in Chapter 2.
• Never cover your appliance to dry your clothes or for decoration.
• Clean the air inlets and outlets with a hoover regularly.
• Check the instructions given at Chapter 6.1.a
