Care and maintenance
Watch out for the electrical connections during care work.
Check whether all cables, connections and contacts are
undamaged and clean (visual inspection).
Avoid getting moisture or dirt onto the contacts.
The drive unit is maintenance free. Carry out care work on
the housing and connections as described above. Always
contact your specialist dealer if you have any problems.
Maintenance/service
Get your specialist dealer to service/maintain your
e-Scooter regularly. We recommend the following
maintenance/service intervals:
300 km or
30 operating hours or 3
months
1,000 km or
100 operating hours or 6
months
Every additional
1,000 km or
100 operating hours or
12
months
Get your dealer to document all services, maintenance and
repairs in the service log.
Guarantee terms
Only spare parts approved by the manufacturer are to be
selected for repairs.
Caution
Risk of malfunction with subsequent

Improper repairs can cause malfunctions.
Always get a specialist dealer to carry out repairs on
electrical components.
Note
Use of non-approved spare parts leads to loss of the
operating permit. This means that the insurance cover
also expires.
Repair
Read the “Rechargeable battery use instructions” and
“Intended use” chapters carefully. Keep to the inspection
and servicing intervals listed in the “Care and maintenance”
chapter. Compliance with these intervals is also the
requirement for any guarantee claims.
You are entitled to a statutory guarantee period of two
years. This
period begins
with
the
handover of
the
e-Scooter by the specialist dealer, who is your contact
for guarantee cases.
Please keep purchase documents such as an invoice and/
or till receipts for the duration of the guarantee period as
proof of purchase or handover date.
Requirement for a guarantee claim
A manufacturing or material defect exists.
The complained of damage or fault already existed
when handed over to the customer.
Exclusions from the guarantee
A guarantee claim only exists for the initial faultiness of the
defective part. The guarantee does not cover the following:
Damage caused by improper use and force
majeure.
All parts subject to wear by virtue of their function,
unless they contain a production or material defect.
Damage caused by improper or poor care

instructions are given in these operating
instructions.
Accident damage or other effects from the outside,
unless these are due to information or product
errors.
Repairs made using used parts or damaged caused
