Troubleshooting
1. Precautions
①
Unplug the power plug prior to cleaning the purifier.
② Do not immerse the purifier into water or other liquids.
③ Do not clean any parts of the purifier with abrasive, corrosive and flammable deter-
gents (such as decolorizer or alcohol).
2. Cleaning of purifier
① Clean the inside and outside of the purifier periodically to prevent the accumulation of
dusts.
② Use soft dry cloth or vacuum cleaner to wipe off or vacuum the accumulated dusts on
the purifier.
③ Use soft dry cloth or vacuum cleaner to wipe off or vacuum the accumulated dusts at
the air inlet and outlet.
3. Cleaning of filter screen
① Clean the dusts on the filter screen periodically so as to prevent the accumulation of
dusts which may block the filter screen and cause secondary pollution.
② Wipe off the dusts on the filter screen with soft dry cloth or hairbrush.
③ Gently dust off the filter screen with hands.
④ Gently vacuum the dusts on the filter screen with vacuum cleaner.
⑤ It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter screen every 3-12 months according to
the pollution situation.
⑥ The CH-CUT filter screen does not need to be replace.
