Connecting PON

1.  Remove the protective plug covering a PON port.
2.  Insert the GPON SFP Transceiver into the PON port.

3.  Connect a fiber optic cable to the GPON SFP Transceiver. 

Then connect the other end of the cable to a Passive 
Optical Splitter (POS).

4.  Repeat steps 1-3 to connect additional PON ports.

Note:

 One GPON SFP transceiver (model UF-GP-B+) is 

included. Use a compatible PON SFP transceiver with the 
appropriate fiber optic cabling at each PON port.
