OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN WARRANTY, 

CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE 

POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
