Watchdog Timer 

The watchdog timer is provided to ensure that the VT1020 can always recover from system 
crash. When CPU stops working correctly due to software bug or others, watchdog timer can 
perform a hardware rest to bring the system back to a known state. 
Double click the uPanel icon into the utility, and then click 4
