Attach each Long Top Bar (B) to Center Connector (A), attach each Short Top Bar (C) to Center Connector (A);
attach the other end of the Long Top Bar (B) to U connector (F) with Bolt (K); repeat on all sides. Attach the other end
of the Short Top Bar (C) to Cross Bar (D) with Bolt (I). Repeat on each side. See Fig.4
