Assembly

1.Remove the mantel, insert,4 wheels and hardware pack with precaution from the box.
Turn the unit so it sits on its top. Attach the wheels onto the mantel bottom using the
 screws(Fig 3) provided(See Fig 4)

Plugging

 

in

 

the

 

heater

Note 1.This heater is for use on 120 Volts.
         2.A 15 Amp Circuit is required to operate this  appliance. If the breaker trips 
            when the appliance is running, you may need to move the appliance to
            another location or unplug other appliances that are on the same circuit.

                     OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Read all instructions and warnings prior to operating the 
appliance. Ensure that all controls are in the OFF”position

outlet.

Master Power Switch(A)

Supply power to all unit functions(Heat/Flame)

Supplies power to heater fan and heater element when

Supplies power to heater fan and the heater element 
when the switch is in the  II”position the heater operates

MAINTENANCE

WARNING:

Before

 

attempting

 

to

 

perform

 

any

 

maintenance

 

on

 

this

 

appliance

turn

the  OFF” position

 

and

 

unplug

.

Allow

 

the

 

appliance

 

to

 

be  OFF” for

 

at

 

least 10 minutes

 

before

 

performing

 

any

 

maintenance

 

in order to allow all components to cool properly

REPLACING LIGHT BULBS:

1.Ensure that all controls are off, the appliance is unplugged 
   and bulbs are cool to the touch.
2.Wear latex gloves to ensure that grease/oil from your hands does
     not transfer to the bulbs.
3.Remove back panel to access light bulbs(see Fig B)
4.Remove the burnt out light bulb and replace with a new bulb.
   Hand-tighten the bulbs only,do not over tighten.
5.Replace back panel and screws(see Fig B)

Note

Light bulbs may become loose during shipping.If the flame effect is

 

dim or does not operate properly at  first, ensure that the light bulbs

 

are properly secured in the sockets (bulbs should be finger tight, do

 

not over tighten),See Replacing Light Bulb Section of the manual for

 

When you first turn the heater on, it may emit a slight but harmless 
odor 

 from certain oils or greases being heated as the appliance

CLEANING:

1.To remove dust from glass window, use a clean dry cloth.

2.To remove fingerprints or other marks from glass window, use a

   clean damp cloth. Do not spray glass cleaner or other liquids 

   directly onto the window.

3.Clean metal surfaces with a clean damp cloth making sure not 

   to push dust or debris into any air intake or exhaust vents.

4.Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray liquids on any part of

    the appliance.

5.Periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fan/heater unit is 

   strongly recommended to ensure that no dirt or foreign 

   objects build up.
