Do not operate the Express unless you have read this manual and fully understand
its contents. Failure to properly setup and operate the Express can result in
serious injury or death.
Before starting the machine, replace the shipping plug (P/N 000-106-001) with
the vent plug (P/N 000-106-014), shipped with your machine. Failure to install
the vent plug will damage the gear case seal (see Figure 3).

Activate the vacuum switch in either the “Single Vac” or the “Dual Vac” position. 1.

maneuverability
The Express’ ease of handling is a direct result of the rotary extractor head. Its natural
cleaning motion provides the “drive” for the unit. The slightest push or pull against the
handle causes the rotating head to produce a pulling force in the forward direction or a
pushing force in the backward direction.
Moving the handle causes the rotary head to tilt and to apply a slight pressure on either
the left side or the right side of the cleaning head. If the tilt angle is too steep, the vacuum
